1. Agreement to Terms

By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use IntelDeck only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you upload and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, information, or material you upload or enter into the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights to Your Content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. You agree that you will not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

4. Fair Use Policy

Our "Pro" plan is offered with "unlimited" use for normal, professional investigation activities. However, to ensure service stability and availability for all users, we have a Fair Use Policy. We consider "fair use" to be that of a typical professional investigator. Usage that is automated, excessive, or otherwise constitutes abuse (e.g., using the service primarily for bulk file storage or running scripted operations) is prohibited. We reserve the right to contact you to discuss your usage or, in extreme cases, limit your account if your usage pattern is determined to be detrimental to the service.

5. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial periods of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused time with an open account.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IntelDeck, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents (including Woolitec and Wooli) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
